Karl Anderson Karl is the president of Karl’s Boat Shop, Inc., established in 1980. The Boat Shop is a company of international reputation, serving the needs of racing sailors throughout the world, along with local custom projects. A resident of Harwich, he has been active in international sailing competition since 1980. A world champion five times in the J/24 class, Karl is recognized as a premier crew in one-design classes.
